We have a new system that works AWESOME. I set a timer in the morning for a couple hours and Zoey plays by herself while I work until she hears the alarm. As soon as the alarm goes off she knows it is her time to choose the activity and we spend a couple hours doing whatever she wants. She LOVES it and I love it because I am much more productive when she allows me to work without distractions… So this morning I absent-mindedly set my timer for the food I was cooking, something I never do. I burn food all the time and I decided this morning I wanted to turn a new non-burning leaf. The timer went off about five minutes after I started working. Zoey came squealing and dancing and spinning into the room SO excited that it was her time… So I decided to work in the afternoon instead. We went out to this field and let Zoey run around while Kris got a few bump update pictures for me. Now we are back at home and Zoey is coloring on her new easel and talking to herself about random things.

So here is a little prego update for you all of what 19 weeks is like! I know these things have been kind of sporadic, but better sometimes than never… Right?

How far along? 19 weeks
How big is baby? 6 inches, 9 ozs! Getting so big.
Total weight gain/loss? 1lb away from pre-pregnancy weight! Woohoo!
Maternity clothes? No, but I can’t wear anything with a tight waist band, it makes me nauseous. So basically I can’t wear pants, I just wear dresses these days.
Sleep? I slept from midnight till 10:30AM this morning… So long as I eat a big meal right before bed I am good.
Symptoms? Lots of baby kicks constantly. Only moderate nausea (thank heavens!!). Can’t bend over AT ALL 😣

Food cravings? Chocolate and fizzy water.
Food aversions? Meat. Dairy makes me sick. Curry. Gross.
Gender? I find out Monday!
What I miss? Putting on socks without pain. Being able to lift things without the contents of my stomach threatening to say hello.
What I’m looking forward to? Monday!
Bump? Yes! It is HUGE.
