But she is obsessed with too big hats that go over her eyes. It is hilarious. Watch this video of her wearing one last year. You will not regret it. I cry laughing every time. Rachael Burgess & family in Toronto on a fall day^Their matching Canadian Olympic mitts were gifts from my MIL, I had NO idea they were collectible items till I looked them up to link in this post – definitely will be guarding these more carefully now. Rachael Burgess & family in Toronto on a fall day^These shoes look awesome… But walking around for hours… They didn’t last all day. Day two in Toronto. We took SOOO many pictures the second day that I am going to have to break them up into different posts. These are from the morning, we walked from our hotel to the Royal Museum of Toronto (using our CityPASS tickets!! Love CityPASS). We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton downtown and it was perfect because we were able to walk to almost everything! On our walk we stopped at Dundas Square, which is supposed to be the Time Square of Toronto. I can see why people say that with all the billboards, shopping and people as well at the big central patio area where people can perform and sit at tables and relax. It was like a mini Time Square. Really, really mini though. I liked it.

We also stopped at the University of Toronto on our walk which was absolutely stunning this time of year. All the leaves are falling, in some places Zoey was knee deep in leaves. We had a ton of fun throwing leaves up in the air. Fall is really such a beautiful season! It is starting to feel less like fall and more like winter though lately. As you can see we were all bundled up with hats and gloves and scarves. It was pretty windy so some moments I felt like I could easily have worn another layer and then the wind would calm down and I could take off my jacket and still be comfortable. Bi-polar weather.

I am obsessed with the scarf I am wearing in these pictures, I couldn’t decide which pattern to get so I ended up buying two of them and am tempted to go back and get more… You can’t tell from these photos but the scarf doubles as a blanket! It is huge. I used it a few times to cuddle Zoey up in when she got sleepy. It is awesome because you can wear it as both a wrap and a scarf. I am a little disappointed because I bought two of them when they were full price last week – and now they are on sale! If only I had waited…. Ugh. Oh well I have already have gotten tons of use out of them, so worth every penny.
