Christmas Vibes

We spent the best day in Pittsburgh last week! We have been looking forward to visiting the PPG Place skating rink all fall, it just opened up and it is so gorgeous. The center has a gigantic Christmas tree and there is a beautiful outdoor Christmas market next door. They had horse drawn carriage rides and a gingerbread house display with 100’s of gingerbread houses that were all so unique and interesting.

All these Christmas vibes have got me thinking about finishing up my Christmas shopping. We got all of our outfits from these photos at Old Navy on Black Friday and as I was shopping around I realized what a stylish selection of trendy winter clothing they have, not just for women, but for men and kids too. The holiday deals they have going on now are every bit as good as the Black Friday deals were, so I am planning to head back tomorrow and stock up on winter essentials for Kris and Zoey. This will make up the bulk of my presents for them.

Kris would way rather a nice new jacket and a pair of jeans than the candy and random trinkets I usually end up getting him. Zoey is absolutely obsessed with anything sparkly, which I realized after buying the shoes in these pictures. So I want to buy her some cute accessories and dresses with a little bit of sparkle flare. She is a total girly girl and I know she will be over the moon with some new ‘pretties’.

I would be lying if I didn’t say that I will definitely buy myself some gifts while I am there also… Who could say no to up to 60% off the entire store. That would be a crime. I am super lucky to have an Old Navy five minutes from my house, but I always check out the online store first to get an idea of what I want. I have been having so much fun browsing their $4 gift guide!
