Fall Fashion Guide

I am SO excited right now! After a long, hot and humid summer (which I loved to pieces) we had the first day of cool, fall weather.

This shift to fall inspired me to put together a wish list of things I want in my wardrobe this fall. I mixed more affordable pieces and brands with some higher end, designer pieces (the affordable pieces have a bold number in the picture description). I can’t wait to get my hand on all these fall fashion essentials.

Everywhere I look this season I am seeing tassels. Tasseled boots, bags and even gloves were all over the runway. I am not a huge fan of crazy, everywhere tassels, but I really like the small accent tassel on these boots from Neiman Marcus and this tote from Gap which is why I included them both in my top favs, it is a way to be on trend without going over the top.

The other thing that I have noticed a lot this fall season is a shift to army green and berry and wine colors. I love the look of purple lipstick and have been seeing a lot of that, I have yet to get my hands on some though. Booties and loafers are classic fall pieces and this season I am loving gold accents which is why these ones were on my top fall favs.

I have seen plaid everywhere this season as well and I am obsessed with it – but I didn’t include that here because I am saving it for my next fall fashion post.
