Steps of the Stoops

I am starting to sort through all my New York pictures to share with you all! We went with my amazing photographer sister in law Kari who took photos along the way, so we got some fun ones. Christmas is a little hectic so I may not share all of them till the new year, but we will see. I am trying to enjoy my family while they are here and spend less time blogging.

These pictures were right outside of the apartment we rented, we were only a ten minute walk from Times Square and lots of other touristy sights so it was perfection. We stayed in this AirBnB apartment. We took these pictures right before we packed up the cars to head home. A few minutes after these pictures Kari and I locked ourselves out of the apartment with the keys and most of our stuff still inside… The boys were gone picking up our cars, so we tried to remedy the situation before they got back. No luck LOL. We tried buzzing every apartment in the building…. hahah. Probably not a wise decision. Nobody let us in though. We ended up waiting half hour or so before someone walked into the building and we followed them right in, got our stuff and left. It was sad saying goodbye to NYC, but we will be back!

AND…. When I do go back I will definitely be bringing these boots again. I just picked them up on a whim from ShopBop because I needed waterproof boots. They were super inexpensive for designer boots and I am so glad I got them. We walked around all day everyday and everybody had really sore feet except for me, weird since I am probably the least in shape person of the crowd. It was definitely the booties. They are really good shoes for walking around a lot. I am seriously tempted to grab them in the maroon and blue color as well.
