Surviving the Purge

So the jeans I am wearing in this post… I was trying to find a link to them for you guys and when I went on the brand website I realized they didn’t have a section for women – just ‘girls’. I also realized it was a Canadian brand. When I saw that suddenly I had a flashback of when I purchased these jeans. I was 16, so 7 years ago (oh my gosh I can’t believe its been that long since I was 16…) and I was living in Canada. It has been 6 years since I lived in Canada. That is the sign of some pretty good quality jeans – because I promise you, I am a clothes-thrower-awayer. I clean out my closet regularly and only the best survive the purge.

Anyways. I cannot tell you how happy I am right now! Kris has almost an entire week off from school to hang out with us and we have already been doing lots of fun things together. Today we are planning to scout the mall in preparation for Black Friday. We want to see if there is anything we want before heading into the craziness. Shopping Black Friday can be pretty scary stuff in a mall so we have to make sure we want to face the madness.

I am mostly super excited for Cyber Monday though. I am planning on checking a bunch of online stores for deals, but the one I definitely don’e want to miss for Zoey is Zutano. She wears something from Zutano in almost every outfit these days. I just love cute, comfy, stylish play clothes.
