I have to admit I took these photos a couple weeks ago and haven’t done yoga since 🙁 I LOVE LOVE LOVE yoga, it is so peaceful and rejuvenating, and it also stretches and strengthens your muscles. I started going to the gym though as often as I can and that has kind of replaced the time I had for Yoga. I really should head over to the yoga class my gym offers, but so far my schedule hasn’t quite lined up. I figure so long as I am doing something in the fitness arena I am moving forward.

That is my new motto in life, so long as I am putting one foot in front of the other and making some kind of progress, no matter how small, I am happy. Baby steps towards a big goal is better than no steps at all right? Slowly making my way towards the ideal me…
