New Couches & Mountain Pants

I am SO excited right now because (drumroll…) OUR NEW COUCHES ARRIVED! I have been wanting new couches forever, but the ones we had were so gigantic and hard to move and we couldn’t afford to buy new ones without selling those first. So it just seemed like such a hassle. Finally a few weeks ago I decided to list our couches on Craigslist with a “you have to move them” in the description and they actually sold quite fast for a lot more money than I expected! It was like Christmas.

Then I started shopping for new couches and realized it wasn’t like Christmas at all because every couch I liked was SUPER expensive (for our budget). I really, really wanted the Lyon Sofa by TOV, but it was too much. I actually started to think we weren’t going to find one I really liked in our med student budget… Then I went into a little furniture store near our house and found thee perfect set right in our price range. We got two Benchcraft Paulie Durablend Sofa’s. Best day ever! They have a modern, upscale look and feel very durable. Since they aren’t true leather the price is unbeatable. They were the closest thing I could find to my Lyon Sofa. I will post pictures of them soon!

Anyways, enough about my exciting new couches. My sister and I signed up for some yoga classes so I can stop just doing it at home, so I got some new yoga pants that I am obsessed with. I mean who wouldn’t want pants with ice-capped mountains on the butt? Ok that was a really weird way to describe them, but they are super comfy and I am obsessed.
