2 Amazing Vitamins You Should Give Your Little Ones Daily

*This is a sponsored post in partnership with CATALO and The Motherhood. Thank you for supporting the brands that make my blog possible!

Watching my sweet angels play together is one of the most rewarding experiences of my motherhood journey. Growing up with a sister just 18 months younger than me made me realize just how special sibling friendships can be. When I was unable to give that closeness in age to Zoey, I worried so much that her and our next child wouldn’t be as good friends. I realize now that my worrying was wasted. I could not have been more wrong. They are the best friends in the world.

Three years isn’t nearly as large a gap as it felt like when I was getting negative after negative pregnancy test for months on end. Zoey and Zander share so much, despite being different ages. Especially since Zander has entered the toddler stage, there is much more that they can do together. Some of their favorite shared activities are playing in the water at the beach, chasing each other in circles around the house giggling, cuddling while watching their favorite TV shows, and coloring or playing with kinetic sand together.

They don’t just share interests though, at two and five they are in similar developmental stages as well. That means that I make the same meals for them and they also take the same daily vitamins. Vitamins are an important and fun part of our daily routine. I use CATALO vitamins. CATALO treats your health as if it was their own and takes no shortcuts. They use only premium ingredients and manufacture under strict control standards to provide your family with supplements of the highest quality.

CATALO has so much to offer, especially during the summer time when my kids are active and playing in the sun a lot! Here are two vitamins I give my kids daily that I feel are especially essential.

2 Vitamins You Should Give Your Kids Daily

Children’s Algae DHA + Omega-3 Vegetarian Gummies

The Children’s Algae DHA + Omega-3 Vegetarian Gummies are my personal favorite CATALO vitamin. They are for the kids, but I take them daily too! I am not a fan of fishy tasting Omega-3 supplements, so since this one is completely vegetarian it is perfect for me. The plant based vegetarian algae DHA and chia seeds help to increase essential fatty acids intake. They taste like gummy candies too, so that is not a bad thing!

Children’s DHA Formula

Another one I keep in my cupboard is Children’s DHA Formula. It has 200mg DHA per serving for children’s brain & eye development, and it comes in a tasty orange flavored soft gel that can be chewed or easily pierced to add to a drink or food. This one is Zoey’s favorite because it “is so cute I can’t help it!!” according to her. It is pretty cute, just a tiny, orange, irresistible globe of goodness for your kids daily brain and eye development.

Zoey and Zander call vitamin time “treat time” and absolutely love taking their vitamins. It is an essential part of our routine and I love watching them get excited over little things like this together. Usually I give two to Zoey and she passes one to Zander. She loves that responsibility and it is cute to see how seriously she takes the role of older sis.
